1. What happens after I place my order?
Once an order is placed, you will receive an automated email. As soon as the manufacturer begins processing your order, you will receive another email with tracking information. The tracking information email could take 2-4 business days to receive. Most items are shipped via FedEx and UPS Ground.
2. Do you offer white glove / inside delivery and setup services?
Yes we do. If you would like this option, please email email@example.com with the subject line "BENHAR HOME OFFICE WHITE GLOVE QUOTE" for a formal quote. This charge will be processed separately from your product purchase. For NY and the tri-state area the price range is around $120-$250 depending on quantity and item. Please note: if you have stairs, white glove delivery includes 1 flight (8 steps). Additional flights could cost up to $25 per flight.
2. How long will it take to receive my order?
Once you place your order, please allow up to 5-6 days for your product to leave the manufacturer's warehouse + 2-3 days transit time. As noted above, you will receive tracking information as soon as the manufacturer begins processing your order, so the lead time may be less than what is quoted.
3. Can I return my order?
All sales are final. Returns are allowed only if the item that was delivered was incorrect.
4. How do I assemble my product?
Basic tools are required to assemble most products. Generally you will need a screw driver and possibly a hammer. Instructions are provided on our site within the product page.
5. Do you offer warranties?
